Pricing

Due to the ever changing global marketplace, prices will and do fluctuate often without notice. Minimum order is $100.00

Delivery

Seller is not obligated to make delivery by any specified date but will always use is best efforts to make delivery within the time requested. Delivery shall be made F.O.B. Seller's Chattanooga facility unless specifically agreed otherwise. Shortages or error must be reported within five (5) days from receipt of the shipment to secure adjustment. No merchandise may be returned without securing written approval from Seller. A restocking charge may apply with respect to returned merchandise.

Environmental Products and Accessories, LLC., reserves the right to determine the most economical shipping method (generally standard ground shipping) on all shipments.Free shipping cannot be applied to past purchases. Items may ship separately.

Default

In the event Buyer defaults on payment and this account is turned over for collection Buyer agrees to pay all costs of collection and a reasonable attorney's fee.

Delay

Seller shall not be liable for delay in any performance or for failure to render any performance and any such delay or failure shall for all purposes be excused, when such delay or failure is caused by governmental regulation, fire, flood, wind, strike, difference with workmen, accident, epidemic, embargo, appropriation of plant or product in whole or in part by federal or state authority, riot, insurrection, act of God, or any other cause or causes, whether of like or different nature, beyond the reasonable control of the Seller. Buyer shall bear any costs incidental to Purchaser's delay or failure in acceptance of the goods or any other performance.

Warranty

Products manufactured by Seller are warranted to meet the design criteria (size and materials) and to be free from defects in workmanship at the time of shipment by Seller. Seller makes no other warranties, express or implied. SELLER MAKES NO WARRANTY REGARDING PERFORMANCE OF SELLER'S PRODUCTS IN ANY PARTICULAR ENVIRONMENT. THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND OF FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Seller for breach of warranty shall be repair or replacement of the item or parts or repayment of the damages under any and every circumstance. All items claimed to be defective within the warranty period must be shipped to Seller's Chattanooga facility at the expense of Buyer. If in fact defective, such items will be repaired or replaced. Seller's acceptance of any items shipped to Seller shall not be deemed an admission that the items so shipped are defective and if Seller finds that any items returned are not defective, such items will be reshipped to Buyer at Buyer's expense.

Indemnification

Buyer shall indemnify and hold Seller harmless against all loss or damage suffered by Seller (other than the cost of replacement or repair as provided above and other than damages suffered by Seller solely as a result of the negligence of Seller or its employees or agents). Resulting from or arising out of items sold or services performed.

Trademarks

Other product names mentioned herein are used for identification purposes only and may be trademarks of their respective companies.

Cancellation

No order may be cancelled by Buyer except upon written notice to Seller and upon payment to Seller of all costs incurred by Seller and rising out of or in connection with the order, determined on a basis consistently observed by Seller and in accordance with sound accounting principles. Seller's calculation of such costs shall be conclusive.

Our facility is located in Chattanooga, TN., within 150 miles of Atlanta, Knoxville, Nashville, Birmingham and Huntsville

Directions for large trucks

From Nashville via I-24 East: Follow signs to I-75 North (Knoxville). Continue until Hwy 153 exit.
From Knoxville via I-75 South: Continue until Hwy 153 exit
From Atlanta via I-75 North: Continue until Hwy exit 153 exit
Take 153 North exit
Go 8 miles on Hwy 153 to northbound Hixson Pike, turn right.
Go roughly ½ mile to stop light at the bottom of the overpass.
Turn right on Longview Drive, Longview will dead end into Adams Road, turn right onto Adams.
Go ½ mile on Adams and turn left on Kanasita Drive.
Environmental Products is the first building on the right.
